Die Boer is already famous for the delicious food designed and prepared by Chef Jean Louis Geldenhuys and his experienced team. If you've always been scared to try the food at a theatre restaurant, this will be a delightfull exception to the rule.

Food orders before the show:


We open our doors at 18:30 already for dinner. Because people tend to arrive at the same time, IT IS WISE TO ARRIVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE so we can provide you with a quality dinner experience. Because of this "rush hour" from 19:00 till 20:00 we have introduced a 'CUT-OFF' time of 19:30 for food orders before the show.  People arriving later than that can either order some of our snack-platters, or have dinner AFTER the show. Show starts at 20:30

Moet ek eet?
Die Boer is ʼn restaurant en ons verwag van ons gaste omby ons  te eet indien ʼn tafel bespreek word. Kaartjiegelde gaan uitsluitlik aan die kunstenaar. Ons enigste inkomste kom vanaf kos en drank verkope. Om ʼn venue soos die Boer lewensvatbaar te maak, is dit noodsaaklik dat ons gaste ons restaurant ondersteun sodat ons kan voortgaan om die land se top kunstenaars hierheen te kan bring. Dit geld egter nie vir ons Oop Dinsdae en ons "Blue Tuesdays" nie. Op hierdie aande is gaste welkom om enige tyd op te daag en slegs die vertoning by te woon as hulle wil. Ons kombuis is ook heeltyd oop gedurende hierdie vertonings.

Kan ek ʼn spesifieke tafel bespreek?
Spesifieke tafels kan bespreek word, maar ons behou ook die reg voor om, in uitsonderlike gevalle,  mense by ander tafels te plaas indien omstandighede dit sou noodsaak.

Kan ek drank inbring?
U is welkom om u eie bottel wyn te bring, maar ons is ten volle gelisensieerd en hef ‘n kurkfooi van R40 per 750 ml bottel.
